Assigning Points to Contacts

Step 1: Access the Sub Account

  • Navigate to your Account: Log in to your system and go to your account where the contact you want to assign points to is located.

Step 2: Open the Rewards Leaderboard

  • Select from Menu:
    • In the left sidebar, click on rewards leaderboard.

Step 3: Access Contact Points

  • Click on Contact Points:
    • In the blue header at the top, select Contact Points to proceed.    

 

Step 4: Search for Existing Contacts

  • Find Your Contact:
    • Use the search bar to locate the contact. You can search by:
      • Name
      • Phone number
      • Contact ID
    • Once you find the contact, select it to view their details.

Step 5: Create a New Contact (if necessary)

  • Add a New Contact:
    • If the contact does not exist, click on the Create Contact button. 

    • Fill in the required information in the dialogue box that appears.
    • After entering the details, click Create to add the new contact to your system.

 

Step 6: Assign Points

  • Add Points to Contact:
    • Click on the Add Points button.

    • This will take you to the loyalty and rewards points dashboard.
    • Click on Give Points to start the assignment process.

Step 7: Select Points Category

  • Choose Point Categories:
    • Note that the color-coded boxes correspond to different categories of points.
    • View the total points available for the contact in the points checkout section.

Step 8: Enter Points Amount

  • Input Desired Points:
    • Enter the amount of points you wish to assign to the contact.
    • Once done, click Add to finalize the assignment.

  • You will be able to see the updated Points in the Points Dashboard.

Step 9: Redeem Points

  • Redeem Points:
    • To redeem points, click on the Redeem Points button under the Give Points button.

    • A list of redeemable rewards based on the customer’s points will appear on the screen.

Step 10: Manual Redemption (Optional)

  • Manual Redemption:
    • If needed, you can also redeem points manually by clicking the Redeem Points Manually button.

Step 11: Claiming Rewards

  • Claim Rewards:
    • Click on Claim Reward for any of the offers displayed according to the client’s points.

    • The client will be able to claim the reward instantly.
    • Information about the redeemed amounts will start appearing on the dashboard.
